Topic 2 Subtopic 1: Logic Gates

Basic revision for logic gates

A physical device which implement a Boolean function, is call logic gate.
Logic gate can produces a single logic output. A logical operation on one or more logic inputs can be performed by logic gate.
By using diodes or transistors, the logic gates can be primarily implemented, acting as an electronic switches.
It also can be constructed using electromagnetic relays.
In order to represent logic circuits, Boolean algebra uses variables and operators. For variables and function, it have only one value, 0 and 1.
A bar over a letter is the complement of a variable, such as ā.
Here is a table for logic gates.
